Smoke Test sent! Mechanical Monsters ToV almost finished!

Hi all,
Update time for you!
- We have sent out the "smoke test," which is the Backerkit survey that goes out to a limited number of backers first, so they can reply and we can see if there are any errors that need to be fixed before we send it out to everyone. Check your email inbox and reply ASAP if you are one of the random backers selected. It'll go out to everyone else tomorrow!
- Your survey is the chance to put in any information we'll need, like your address for print orders, and to add on extra items.
- There's a survey question in there if you want to get extra versions of any of the products for other game systems. Everything in this project is also available for D&D 5E, Pathfinder 1E, or Pathfinder 2E. Rather than cluttering up the survey with SO MANY versions of everything, though, if you'd like to add items for other game systems you can answer that question and we can talk via email about exactly which items/systems you'd like to add to the Tales of the Valiant baseline items. For a project like this one, with a limited number of backers, it's simpler to do it that way.
- Last but not least, Mechanical Monsters ToV is nearing completion in layout! We should have that one done and ready to go out to you this week!
- The manuscript for Hoard Monsters ToV is complete, but our layout guy for this project is going to be on vacation July 11-22, so while there's a small chance that he'll be able to fit this book in after Mechanical Monsters before he leaves, but more likely it'll get done when he returns.
- The manuscript for Nordic Monsters ToV is still in production but should be ready to go once layout is finished on Hoard Monsters and ready for you around the end of July or early August.

Hi all,
A quick update for all of you to let you know that we've finished putting together the Backerkit survey for the campaign and we are going through the approval process with Backerkit central, but we are on track to being able to send it out later this week!
I also just got in the Word doc manuscript for Mechanical Monsters for Tales of the Valiant and will be giving it a final proofing pass before sending that over to layout. Hoard Monsters is on track next and should be done soon. We've already gotten Nordic Monsters started, but work on that is paused for a moment while we get the other two squared away, and then we'll return to it and get it on the train and down the tracks!

We're delighted by the folks who jumped on board with this project and look forward to getting our Backerkit survey set up to send out hopefully by the end of next week! We hope you are looking forward to this killer collection of creatures for your campaign, or kicking off a truly cosmic campaign of your own with Legendary Planet!

We appreciate all of your amazing support in bringing this project to life, with truly colossal collection of creatures across now TEN terrific bestiaries! We hope you'll love adding them to your ToV campaign. We wanted to add a special bonus preview of Mechanical Monsters, because it's easy to think about "mechanical" creatures simply as constructs. You definitely will find those in this book, but you've also got mechanically inclined fey, fiends, oozes, undead, and so much more, with tech levels ranging from bronzed clockworks to dieselpunk and mad scientist alchemy, all the way up through future tech and even nanotechnology. Whatever kind of mechanical creatures you want, you'll find in this fantastic book!
